Unicare™ Polymeric Sand Plus
For Standard Joints
A special mix of graded sand and binder specifically formulated for achieving optimum lock-up of pavers or slabs by filling the joints between them. Unlike regular sweeping jointing sand, Polymeric Sand resists insectpenetration, weed growth, and erosion.

Coverage: Approx. 75 sq. ft. per bag (Coverage will vary depending on the type of stone being used).

Unicare™ Polymeric Sand Max
For Large Joints
This high-performance mix made of the latest-generation of polymers is specially formulated for the filling ofpaver or slab joints in heavy traffic areas such as pool decks, sloped driveways, public ways, etc.
Maximum width: 1" (2.5 cm). Minimum depth: 1.25" (3 cm).
Available Colours: Grey and Tan
Coverage
General Sand Coverage - 1 bag covers approximately 100 sq. feet.
Olde Village paver - 1 bag covers approximately 75 sq. feet.
Courtstone - 1 bag covers approximately 25 sq. feet.
Coverage may also vary by stone thickness.

Important Information
Do not use with Umbriano and Belpasso
Extra care must be exercised when using Unicare™ Plus Polymeric Sand on Courtstone®, Copthorne®, and Richcliff®, Series 3000®, Il Campo®, and Unigranite®.
Pavers and slabs with textured surfaces will require additional sweeping and blowing to completely remove the Polymeric Sand from the surface. (Additional blowing after wetting will also be required as shown in step 15.)
IMPORTANT: Always compact the paver surface once first BEFORE sweeping any Polymeric Sand into the joints. Always use a compactor with a protective membrane attached to the bottom of the plate.
