EasyPro - The Ultimate Paving Stone Joint Compound!

EasyPro is the new ultimate paving stone joint compound! This pre-mixed epoxy resin product is ideal for residential driveways, patios, pool decks and walkways. It is also permeable. Below is a list of things you need to know about it:

• Can be applied in both rain or sunshine
• Installed in any temperature between 32F - 95F
• Used in joints ranging from 1/4’’ - 4’’ thick
• Before using, ensure the pavers have been installed on proper base material to minimize joint movement
• Used in both residential or commercial applications
• Used in new or retro fit applications
• Joints must be at least 1 1/2’’ deep
• Coverage: Approximately 50 sq. ft. /container *coverage depends on type of paver used*
  i.e. Courtstone® 20-21 sq. ft /container
  i.e. Town Hall™ 30 sq. ft /container
• Always compact the pavers before applying EasyPro
• You may walk on the surface immediately after installation, but do not drive on surface for 24 hours
• It is eco-friendly (60% renewable products)

Here is a list of tools needed for installation:

• 24’’ - 30’’ wide squeegee
• Hose with a variable setting nozzle
• Hand trowel
• Masonry pointing tool
• Fine and coarse bristled broom

Steps of Installation:

• Step One: Make sure the surface is clean and free of any dirt, debris or efflorescence. This can be completed with a pressure washer.
• Step Two: Wet the pavers prior to installation.
• Step Three: Cut bag open and pour on to the surface. Use the squeegee to move the compound around evenly.
  *Adding water to the compound will facilitate the movement of EasyPro into the joints*
  *For larger joints use the masonry pointing tool to ensure the sand will fill the joints*
  *Any leftover sand can be saved, just add an inch of water to the top and seal the bucket*
• Step Four: Broom the surface with a fine bristled broom sweeping diagonally.
  *On average the joint compound should be 1/8” below the paver surface*
